Bridge Shelter Mural
Commissioned by Path with Art and Catholic Community Services, 2020
The Bridge Shelter Mural was created with the intention of brightening up the main entrance and dining area of the Bridge Street Homeless shelter in Downtown Seattle. The shelter’s staff and residents were interviewed and collaborated on a design that conveyed the message of the shelter serving as a bridge to a brighter future and leaving behind past struggles and addictions. This mural was painted with the help of Path with Art volunteers and Bridge Shelter residents.
